Elegant Twins school of Hairdressing was opened in 1959 in a very small way at 28, Ondo Street, west Ebute-Mena, with an initial intake of 12 girls. The school gradually expanded between 1959 and 1964, by 1965, it moved to a bigger place at 26, Calcutta Crescent, Apapa. Between 1959 and 1971 we had trained 1,481 Hairdressers. The school was approved in 1973.
By it’s first anniversary, the school had become a member of the Caribbean and Afro-society of Hairdressers and also a member of the

Our course are designed to train students in the practical skills, theoretical knowledge, and professional attitudes necessary to obtain licensure and for competency in entry-level positions in the Cosmetology profession.
